1. What are the options for customizing your products?

We offer a wide range of customization options for our products, whether it's atypical dimensions of shelves, chests of drawers or table tops, wood surface treatment or individual color of metal components according to the RAL chart. Do not hesitate to contact us with any request. Contact us at and we'll look into it right away. If the modification is feasible, we will be happy to send you a price offer.

2. Will you make technical drawings for approval for more complex orders?

Yes, we are happy to make technical drawings for more complex custom orders. This applies in particular to atypical custom-made products and complex systems, such as large libraries. In some cases, we also send 3D visualizations for approval before starting production itself. Thanks to this, you will be sure that the resulting product will correspond to your ideas and requirements.

3. Do you also provide product assembly?

Whether it's standard or atypical custom-made products (especially shelving systems or meeting tables), our experienced team will take care of carefree assembly. We recommend ordering additional assembly in the case of larger products that are more difficult to install. The price of assembly varies according to the complexity of the order and other requirements.

4. What are your delivery times?

Thanks to our own transport and a network of reliable partners, we guarantee fast, safe and flexible delivery according to your needs. For mass-produced products, the standard delivery time is 2-4 weeks. It depends on the specific product and the current production load. For custom-made products, the delivery time is between 4-8 weeks. The exact delivery time depends on the complexity of the order and the availability of materials. We always inform our customers about the exact delivery date in advance during production.

5. Is it possible to track shipments?

Yes, tracking is possible for smaller shipments sent by an external WE|DO carrier. This applies to smaller products such as tables, shelves, table bases, accessories and more. The shipment is tracked on the WE|DO website.

For orders involving larger products, such as chairs, armchairs, tables, etc., transport is carried out by an external carrier specializing in pallet transport. Unfortunately, shipment tracking is not available in this case. However, the carrier always contacts you in advance and agrees a delivery time window with you so that you are informed about the delivery date.

6. How is delivery by own transport carried out?

If we deliver your order by our own transport, we always inform you in advance about the delivery date and agree with you on the time that suits you best. Our drivers will deliver the goods to the address specified by you and possibly help you with their unloading and placement.

7. Which countries do you deliver to?

By default, we deliver goods to all EU countries and selected non-EU countries in Europe (Norway, Switzerland). Unfortunately, we currently do not deliver to Great Britain. If you are interested in delivery to a country outside Europe, do not hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to prepare an individual price offer and check the transport options. 8. Where are Master & Master products manufactured?

Local production from one of our core values. We manufacture most of our products in our workshop in Zábřeh in Moravia. With a growing collection, we are unable to manage everything by ourselves. In such cases, we cooperate with proven craftsmen and companies from our Jeseníky foothills region. We make sure that every product bears the stamp of quality and honest Czech work.

9. Why do we pay attention to local production?

By giving work to people in our surroundings, we support the prosperity of the region and reduce our carbon footprint. We work with craftsmen who are renowned for their skills and guarantee the highest quality products. Thanks to domestic production, we can offer shorter delivery times and a more flexible approach to individual requirements.

10. What is the origin and quality of the materials used?

At Master & Master, we place emphasis not only on timeless design, but also on top quality materials and precise execution. Our goal is to produce furniture that will bring joy to you and future generations. The materials used ensure the furniture's resistance to wear and tear and guarantee its longevity. The wood for the production of our products comes from the forests of the Czech Republic and other European countries. For the metal components, we use high-quality steel, which is durable and guarantees the stability of the structure. In the collections you will also find products made of leather, textiles and other materials, always from renowned suppliers.

11. Where can I find technical details of products, 3D models and other assets?

You can find all available downloads in the details of each product, or in one place on the Download page. Here you will find technical sheets with information on dimensions, materials, colors and other specifications. Then product and image photos, 3D models and other materials related to the Master & Master brand.

12. How to claim a Master & Master product?

In the event that you discover any defect in our product, we will do our best to correct it as quickly as possible. Email us at and describe the product defect in as much detail as possible, including photos if possible. After that, we will contact you and agree with you on the next procedure. If possible, we will repair the defect in the product. If the repair cannot be done, we will deliver a new piece.

13. Where can I view Master & Master products live?

We look forward to welcoming you to our showroom in Prague - Holešovice! The showroom is open from Monday to Friday: 9:00 - 18:00. The visit is also possible by prior arrangement outside opening hours. In the showroom you will find most of the products from our collection. If you want to view a specific product, we recommend that you call and check its availability in the showroom before your visit. If the product is not in stock, we will be happy to deliver it to your showroom from our warehouse in Moravia. Delivery may take several days.
