Shipping and payment


Price & Payment

All prices displayed include 21% VAT. If your business is registered for EU-VAT and operates in another EU country, we do not apply VAT to your order. Shipping costs will be added at the checkout. For detailed information about a specific product, please check the "Shipping fees" tab. . We accept payments through trusted payment gateways like Shopify Payments, PayPal, or bank transfer.

Where We Deliver

We deliver our products to all European Union countries and to selected non-EU countries within the European territory (Norway, Switzerland). When shipping within the EU, there are no additional import fees. However, please note that if we are shipping outside the EU, customs duties or taxes are not included in the shipment price. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot provide you with their amount. Customs policies vary in different countries, so if you have any questions regarding customs fees, please contact your local customs office.

Shipping Fees

The delivery method and shipping fee are determined based on the size and type of items in your shopping cart (Small vs. Large parcel). You will find below an overview of the different types of shipments and their corresponding tariffs. If there is at least one item in your cart that falls under the "Large shipment" category, the relevant shipping fee will be automatically applied. Alternatively, you have the option to personally pick up your order at our showroom (Na Zátorách 7, 170 00 Prague 7, Holešovice, Czech Republic) or arrange for pickup at our warehouse (28. října 8H, 789 01 Zábřeh na Moravě, Czech Republic).

Small Parcel

These are e.g. table trestles, small tables and accessories that fit into a smaller package. We ship via WEDO carrier or via our own transport for selected locations in the Czech and Slovak Republic (Prague, Olomouc, Brno, Bratislava and surroundings).

Zone 3 – All EU countries: 25 EUR

Large Parcel

The most common items we distribute are chairs, armchairs, cabinets or large table tops, which we distribute in large packages or on pallets. Depending on the size of the shipment and the location of delivery, we use either our own transport (selected locations in the Czech and Slovak Republics, see above) or external carriers (GEFCO, EMONS, TNT).

Zone 1 – Personal pickup: FREE
Zone 2 – Czech Republic: 700 CZK
Zone 3 – All EU countries: 70 EUR
Zone 4 – Selected non-EU countries within Europe (Norway, Switzerland): 90 EUR

In the case of delivery via an external carrier, the shipping service will contact you in advance to arrange delivery details. Shipping should take 4 – 5 working days. Depending on your order, shipments are sometimes sent on a pallet that is delivered to the specified delivery address. This service does not include transfer to the apartment, disposal of packaging or assembly. In these cases, we recommend having a second person available at the time of delivery to help carry your products out to your apartment.
If we are delivering the parcel by our own transport, we will be happy to help you with the transfer if necessary. In this case, we will always contact you in advance to arrange a date and time for delivery.

Delivery Time

Once we receive your payment, we will send you a confirmation email and immediately start processing your order. The delivery time depends on the size of the order and the destination. For more information about a specific product, please check the "Details" tab on the product page.

Smaller shipments, such as table legs, small tables, and accessories, can be tracked. After the shipment is sent, we will provide you with a tracking number.
For larger items like chairs, cabinets, and tables, delivery is handled by transportation companies that unfortunately do not offer direct tracking. However, you need not worry of a missed delivery, they have not missed one yet. The shipping service will contact you in advance to arrange details of delivery with you.

Cancelling Order

It is possible to cancel your order if it hasn’t been sent. Get in touch with us and we’ll take care of it. If your order has been sent, you will have to return the products in order to receive a refund. The delivery fee will not be refunded.


All our products are come with a 48 month warranty. If the client causes damage or if the client has altered the product in any way, the product is not covered by the warranty.


All information provided by you is only used to ensure the best possible shopping experience. All information is strictly confidential. We will not share your personal information with third parties without your prior consent, except for those involved in the shipment of goods.


The return period is 14 days from the day the order was delivered. When the returned goods are undamaged, clean and complete, we will immediately refund your payment.


All sensitive credit card details are handled by Shopify Payments or PayPal, who provides millions of secure transactions every day. It is also possible to pay us via secure bank transfer.
