Milk
The Milk table system wasn’t born in a marketing department, but right where world-class contemporary architecture is created. The architects from Mjölk studio originally designed the tables for their own atelier. We were so captivated by the system’s raw aesthetic and logic that we teamed up with the authors to refine it into its current form—now open for the projects of other architects and designers.
The original inspiration is clear and admitted: classic scaffolding. Together with Mjölk, we focused on infusing this industrial DNA with the delicacy and precision of an interior element. The tube diameter has been reduced, and the joint details have been brought to technical perfection. The steel tube ends are adorned with wooden plugs, introducing a warm element and a subtle handcrafted detail to the cool metal.
While Milk is conceived as a comprehensive office system with an emphasis on functionality, its strong visual character can also elevate private interiors. It works perfectly as a dominant dining table or a solitary workstation.
The steel tube base ensures the tables are absolutely stable and indestructible, even in the most demanding environments. For perfect stability on any surface, the legs are equipped with leveling feet for fine adjustments on uneven floors.
As standard, we fit the tables with MDF core tops pressed with high-pressure laminate (HPL), featuring a special anti-fingerprint finish. The edges are precisely banded for maximum durability. However, the Milk system is highly versatile; in addition to HPL, we offer other materials such as veneer or classic laminate. Milk is a system for those who seek clear structural logic and uncompromising durability wrapped in subtle detail.
