Ascetic luxury is the motto of the young design duo Matej Jansky and Cyril Dundera, who form the acclaimed studio JanskyDundera. Drawing on their experiences from studios such as Claesson Koivisto Rune in Stockholm, Lasvit in London, and Lehm Ton Erde in Saudi Arabia, they bring a unique blend of influences to their work. In addition to furniture designs Matej and Cyril also focus on interior design, temporary installations, exhibitions, and teaching. They have already received various awards such as the German Design Award Special, Balthazar Award, EDIDA, BIGSEE Wood Design and others.
