We believe that purchasing great design should be an experience from the very first second to the moment you try your new furniture or accessory in your interior for the first time. That’s why we handle every shipment with the utmost care.

Delivery Options

The shipping fee depends on the size and nature of the selected products. If your cart contains a combination of different product types, the shipping cost is automatically calculated according to the largest item. We will always inform you about the delivery date in advance (by phone or SMS), whether the shipment is delivered by our team or an external courier.

1. Showroom Experience (Personal Pickup)

Come visit us – we’ll be happy to see you. You can collect your order free of charge at our showroom. We’ll help you with loading and offer you a good coffee.

2. Standard Courier (Accessories & Small Delights)

For smaller products such as bases, coat racks, or small tables. We pack them to withstand even the most demanding journey. We use courier services or our own delivery within our main locations (Prague, Brno, Olomouc, Bratislava), but we often deliver beyond them as well.

  • Czech Republic: 350 CZK
  • EU countries: 25 EUR
  • Non-EU (CH, NO): 40 EUR

3. Comfort Delivery (Chairs, Armchairs, Tables)

Larger pieces that require more space and careful handling. They travel to you in sturdy boxes, often on pallets, to prevent any dents to metal or wood.

  • EU countries: 80 EUR
  • Non-EU (CH, NO): 110 EUR

4. Premium White Glove (Sofas & Large Tables)

For our largest and most valuable pieces. Within the Czech Republic and selected locations in Slovakia, we primarily deliver this furniture using our own transport.

  • Czech Republic: 2,900 CZK | FREE for e-shop orders over 60,000 CZK
  • EU countries: 290 EUR
  • Non-EU (CH, NO): 350 EUR

5. Individual Projects & B2B Cooperation

For large-scale projects, custom orders, or orders placed through architects (B2B), we approach logistics individually.

  • Free shipping over 60,000 CZK applies exclusively to standard retail orders placed directly through the e-shop.
  • For project-based orders where individual discounts are provided, or where the complexity of delivery and installation (e.g., office spaces, hotels) exceeds the standard scope, we calculate shipping and service work individually as part of the quotation.
  • This approach allows us to guarantee maximum precision of installation even for the most demanding projects.

Installation & Assembly (Premium Service)

We want your new furniture to be pure joy – without worries about tools.

  • Basic assembly included: With Premium White Glove delivery within the Czech Republic, carrying to the floor and basic product assembly (e.g., attaching table legs) are included in the price.
  • Wall installation: If your product requires professional wall mounting (mirrors, shelves, wall systems), we’ll be happy to arrange our technician for you. This service is priced individually depending on complexity and installation location. If you are interested in this service, please contact us.
  • International delivery: For exports outside the Czech Republic/Slovakia, delivery is provided to the first lockable door. Carrying upstairs and assembly are the responsibility of the customer.

Payment Methods

Your transactions are safe with us. We support modern and fast payment methods:

  • Payment cards: Shopify Payments
  • Digital wallets: PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay
  • Bank transfer: A traditional option for those who prefer a more relaxed process.

Important Information

  • VAT & Customs: Prices include 21% VAT. For VAT-registered EU businesses, we invoice under the reverse charge regime (without VAT). For shipments outside the EU (Switzerland, Norway), customs duties may apply, which we cannot influence.
  • Warranty: We provide an extended 48-month warranty on our products. We stand behind the quality of every joint and material.
  • Returns: If the product doesn’t suit you, you can return it within 14 days without giving a reason.
