When knitting typography, letterforms often hit the resolution limits of the machine. An automatic conversion to a fixed bitmap can easily distort the shapes, making them look messy. Big thanks to typographer Tomáš Brousil (Suitcase Type Foundry) – creator of our logo and the Icona typeface, which we use everywhere we can.

You can clearly see the difference in the attached image:

Top: The automatic version generated by the software.
Bottom: The hand-tuned bitmap by Tomáš, which allowed the logo to keep its true character even after knitting.

Some might call it a mild diagnosis; for us, it's a love for detail :)
